Buying Reseller & VPS Hosting

    I need:

    A - Reseller hosting for my sites
    * need to have fantastico so it will be easier to manage.
    * cpanel

    B - VPS hosting for Xrumer
    * windows hosting

    Anyone have any recommendation on reliable companies that I should deal with? I am currently using Hostgator shared hosting.

    I am willing to spend $10 per month for the reseller account and maybe $30 per month for the VPS.

    How much space and bandwidth will be required for reseller account?
    Any specification about number of databases?
