If you actually utilize that much disk space and bandwidth then you'll probably need a dedicated server or your own VPS, not a reseller account. I doubt that any reseller provider would actually let you use that much disk space and bandwidth so searching for a VPS/Dedicated would be much more viable.

don't your clients pay you? if you really do have 300 sites from different clients you should make at least enough for a vps - no real reseller host can provide you with 100gb space and 1tb bandwidth for $10/month - they'll go bankrupt soon OR they'll just suspend your account after a while.
Thank you all for your responses, let me clarify few things. First thing is that right now i am hosting my 300+ sites on 3 different servers/hosting companies paying $10 per month each. My current total diskspace usage is 4GB and bandwidth usage is 25GB per month. Second thing is that last month a guy here asked me to buy VPS for $40 a month, which i did on 13th Feb 2009. I just hosted few domains and after few days my emails got bouncing back as spam. Later I found out the IP he gave me was already marked as spam IP in spamhaus/spamcop list. After complaining he gave a new and clean IP but server started going down often and he complained that i might be using some scripts though i just hosted 2 domains with 5 to 10 static pages. The VPS is going down every week for 1-2 days and now he is asking me to go for managed VPS. So, overall I had a pretty bad experience with this VPS Its not like I don't want to pay more then $10, i already paid $40 per month but still didnt get reliable service. I just need high uptime and peace of mind, so that i can concentrate on my web design & development business instead of making excuses to my customers and explaining them why their websites are down and emails not working

I could suggest a VPS at minimum for hosting all those websites. For a long term saving, buy a dedicated server.
Was that $10/mo. per site or $10 x 300 or $3000/mo. or 3 hosting account with 100 sites each at $10/mo. per account or $10 x 3 or $30/mo.? You needs really seem like they would be best served by using a dedicated server as others have suggested.
