I doubt you'll find a reseller package with 250GB space, thats closer to being a VPS or Dedicated Server. But if you do find such one it's probably very unreliable.
Cheap & unlimited bandwidth are two things that do not mix. Unlimited bandwidth doesn't mix with anything to begin with because it doesn't exist For the amount of space you're looking for, I would suggest a dedicated server, if not at least a VPS.
I would start out with a vps but with your requirements, I would prefer a dedicated server. An "atom" maybe . We offer custom configs on dedicated servers and VPS. The first one is, nothing is really unlimited. You should think about this, if all other resellers in the same server with you have unmetered(I prefer to say it this way) bandwidth, that means all of them have their rights to use it as they pleased, and this will make the server is loaded by high amount of traffic. Are you sure you want to resell this kind of unreliable hosting? If I were you, I will search a reliable reseller package provider with a limited space and bandwidth, and resell them. My recommendation is innohosting , you will also get a free WHMCS which could help you a lot in the future.
