I would go with a shared reseller plan or a VPS plan. All VPS plans will/should include WHM to create additional cPanel accounts. Start out small and go from there.

If you go with those features were easily talking thousands a month if not more depending on the host.

 

I am thinking in lines of a small reseller, or maybe some sort of server. I could pay someone monthly to maintain the servers for me also. That would be okay.
