Resell right???!!!

    Hi,

    I saw so many people sell things here mentioning you have resell rights... you don't have resell rights.

    But if something doesn't have resell rights and we (person don't have resell) sell it how the person (who have resell rights) know it? What could he do?

    It depends on the resell rights.

    Worst case they take you to court, you get fined, maybe jail time for selling a product that wasn't yours to sell.

    It really depends on how strong the rights are.
