Resell.biz vs Resellerclub.com ; Which one to go with

I have a 6.95(for .com) direct reseller account with Resell.biz... which I was not using for some time.. and I have a 6.99 (for .com) sub-reseller with resellerclub...

With Resellerclub I have 6.95 as transfer while Resell.biz has 5.95 as transfer..renewal is 7.25 and 6.95 respectively...

I was thinking to use either of them and wonder which one should I use

Any feedback or comparison between these two

 

I would go with the .com domain. Not sure whether it's just me but .biz doesn't carry as much credibility.

 

What the? He's asking about which provider to go with - not the value of domains.

I'd advise you go with ResellerClub.com, they're more accreditted and reliable. Not heard of Resell.biz

I use Resell.biz currently. They bought out my old registrar. From memory, they were supposed to've been around for a while from the emails I got during the buyout.

Haven't had any issues with them so far. Have approximately 50 domains with them right now.

Both are technically good, and use the logicboxes platform which has a lot of functionality....

I myself have been using RC since some time now, no problems with them.....

From what i've read on these forums, resell.biz has good pricing, but no support, so you might want to check that up.

P.S. - i prefer .info .. i'm a domainer of sorts

 

I am inclining more towards resell.biz, two reasons:

a) I would be directly dealing with main vendor i.e. Resell.biz, while for RC I have to deal with a sub-reseller (I don't where I would be lying on the reseller value chain).
b) RB seems to be a better deal in terms of transfer and renewal pricing..

Only issue with RB is that I have to shell out $1 per domain for managed domain services (if I want to use)...

 

When it comes to hosting support is everything. Go with the vendor with better support.

 

We are not discussing hosting.. we are discussing domain reselling..

It appears you missed the post which mentioned resell.biz being part of the UK2 Group. YOu may want to check their Wikipedia entry and Aboutus Page.

 

Update: I have decided to stick with resell.biz...
They are quite reliable.. their prices are good.. I will be directly doing the business with main/parent company

PS: The resellerclub reseller turned out to be a kind of scam..

 

I would disagree with that statement, I believe UK2 group whom own resell.biz are FAR bigger and more seasoned in the hosting industry.

Yes they use the LB platform the same as RC.
