researched links

    Does anyone do or know of someone that i can pay to link build..
    they must be researched links. My site has to do with teen job advice, resources, jobs, etc... and i want to get like at least 50 backlinks fro library wesites like memphislibrary.org etc...most of these major city libraries have a teen resource section and i think would like to ad my link...

    I just do not have the time to send out all these emails to the webmaster....

    Emails do not work very fast. If you do not have time, hire someone. If not try to call the webmasters. Maybe you will get a quicker answer.
