Hi! I'm looking for someone with a deep experience in Project Management. The job is to research and put down in a plain text form some general performance indicators for project management, e.g. create so called Balanced Scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard should review the Project Management in four perspectives: Financial (how does project management performance impacts company finance), Customer Relationship, Internal Process, Education and Growth. There must be about 12-20 indicators grouped into 4 groups. Each indicator and group should have a short 15 words unique description. I will pay 20$ for each research (research includes 12-20 indicators with descriptions). After this I will also need an article on the same topic.
