Buying Requirments to be done for a web site from programmer to make site HTML/CSS Valid

    There are some requirements work for a website :

    1- Adding place for members to login.
    2- Make the bottom in the right place.
    3- Fix pages to be viewable normally with any browser and make it CSS/HTML Valid.

    No CMS
    Just html/css

    And Using WHMCS for client login but i have the integration code already need to make it with same site colors and same as box in http://www.duperhost.com in domain check, it already have CSS so you will not doing the style just take it from css.

    Please, let me know how much it can be done.

    I am currently deal on the amount 15$ to finish the requirements that duperhost mention and I am currently working on project and will deliver the files in about 24 hours after work is complete, I am just posting this for reference as he currently waiting for the work to be completed.
