Hello All, I am currently working with a Financial service organisation who are looking to introduce white-labeling as a means to expand its service further into the market place. White label refers to a product or service that is purchased by a re-seller who re-brands the product or service to give the impression that the new owner created it. Only in this case the financial service organisation will handle the re-branding for the partner organisation so all the partner organisation does is to allow the the financial service platform be accessible via the partners intranet or website. I want to find out if anyone is familiar with the concept of white labeling and if you have resources (e.g. requirement document for a white-labeling solution, model diagrammes) which will help me build on the initial requirement I have from the client.
