    No it is not so, the requirements of adsense are -
    1. Original content.
    2. Domain at least 6 months old.
    3. Domain should not have content related to pharmacy, adult, gambling, etc.
    4. Website should get at least 60+ organic visits per day.

    These are the 4 main, original list is very long. Read that too.

    nothing is set in stone , try this : create a blogspot blog , redirect it to a domain name .com fill it with content image + video

    People are so desperate for AdSense account these days. Well, follow thier TOS and provide useful content to the people and you will have adsense in no time. There are so many ways to generate revenue from your website it just depends what kind of website you have.
