Buying Required Simple Contact Form - $5

    Hi,

    I need a simple contact form where inquiries can be received through email. I have the html page ready, just need someone to turn that page into a working contact form.

    You can use readymade PHP scripts for that. Or you can use any of your previous coded/working form. Layout will have to be the same I have for my page.

    All the fields in the form should be validated. (validation required---no blank forms should be submitted)

    Will pay $5 for this easy task. PM me for the files if interested.
