You should try www.regencyhost.com but i'm not sure that they have enabled file_get_contents. Confirm from them before buying.

hmmm what does this option do ? i asked my management company about requirement they say It is not recommended to enable this option on the server. ???
hi who says it not possible and its not recommended... In most of the cases file_get_contents is used instead of includes... where you server fopen is not enable or having problem... also file_get_contents is keep scripts secure etc...won't go in more detail...
i dont want to argue here is what they say This is 100% NOT safe. This allows anyone access to the content of every file php has access to just by typing the filename into the address bar of their browser. For example: ?uri=passwords.txt
