    Hi there,

    I could set you up on a VPS which is probably recommended for the criteria you have specified. What sort of budget did you have in mind? To get these specs with a decent provider it will cost a bit more.

    I'll tell you now, you won't find anything reliable for that budget. 1Mbit of bandwidth costs about $25 per month. 1TB is 4Mbits which means $100 cost to the web host per month. Unless you want an extreme overseller or an unlimited account which is likely to be suspended if you hit 300 or so GB.

    Yes you will need to go up for your budget, the only thing that comes to mind is Dreamhost offer a discount on first year with a coupon.
