Hi therr, so let me guess this straight. you are looking for a designer to do you a design and to also be able to convert to html or are you wanting to have it on wordpress?
I can do this on a premium Wordpress framework that is very flexible and easily changed. I am not sure what you mean about the html part either. Did you really want your pages to be different widths?
