required help

hello i have install some modules on my server (shared hosting) but those are not working can any one help me to fix that

hello sir using a script www.clip-share.com bought it ,now every thing is fine but vedio id not playing i contacted support he is saying that modules are not installed properly,clip share is demanding 50$ for installtion i kep all my money for script
i tried hard but dont know what is the problem

Ok, are you the root user of your server ?

 

no im not the root user i use shared hosting

 

Check the phpinfo on your server, if something is missing or not same as the requirements check with your host if he can install it.
