Required help...with fileupload and form with it for seperate storage

    hi everyone out there,

    I want some script. Upload files any type and the type i can allow and the one i can block.

    script will have form like Name, Contact info, Text Area and Upload file and submit.

    When user feed his/her info and click submit it. the file and his contact details stored somewhere on server. Like this if 100 people do the same.

    I can view there file and there contact info.

    Please help me !

    Would a normal file hosting script not do the job ???

    like which ! i need user to submit His name and contact info and the file he want to upload... then from admin side i can access his sent file and his information... this way there are lot of users will submit there files and contact info

    use database to save name and contact info, and use folder to save uploaded file, the name of the folder should be unique id and the same id should be given to the user name and contact info in the database. if you want full fledge code to develop reply me or PM me. i can do this in asp.net
