Hello PPC Experts, We are a design agency, we provide services like logo designing and website development. We want to direct google ads traffic to our live chat on the website. We have tried various strategies. We are able to get traffic to our lead form but were unable to divert traffic to our website live chat. We are using tawk.to. Please let me know what we are missing because I am too frustrated doing lots of experiments and spending on google ads to divert traffic to live chat but unfortunately no luck.
