He/She should: 1- Have done a good amount of PDF work in the past 2- Creative and has an Artistic Taste 3- Can follow precise details Full instructions and an example pdf will be provided. Work probably won't all be done at the first try. Probably the second or third, since I'll ask for tweaking some stuff to suit my needs. So you need to be PATIENT. Two-Three attempts.
