Required editors to manage large directory

Hi. Looking for editors to manage a large directory that we are building.
Editors will get a share of the revenue that we make out of his category and they will also get a domain name after we see that he is working fine. We are looking to add one editor per category. We already have admins for the first level categories. Dont worry about the categories that havent been added. Suggest here which category you would love to edit. We will add it. I'd be interested in the Literature category.
(I have loads of experience in that area.)

I curently run 2 directorys and my freelance programming site.
I would be intrested in running Disign & Develepment,cat.

I can devote 2-3 hours each day.I would allso work on building Backlinks for the cat.
