Required banner selling information/guideline

    I am having my unique blog and receiving 150000 page hits and 6000 unique visitor every month. My blog having more then 150 backlinks and now I want to sell banner space on my blog but not sure how to promote banner selling...Is there any simple way to get banner adds.....
