    Also, your budget is quite low for Good SEO experts to take a look at, let alone work on.

    If you want Quality SEO, increase your budget. Also, the ranking doesn't take place overnight. So, add some TIME on it too.

    Not all, and I mean, almost 70% of the SEO experts believe in Pay after ranking thing. You will find people doing that, But I, as someone who knows what it takes to get a site up there, knows that Post-paid work is always tricky as customers disappear overnight!

    Yeah. I second that. Recently, it has become very difficult to work on post paid jobs due to high number of issues happening where customers have refused to pay or have disappeared all of a sudden even after the results are achieved.
