I have been learning html over the past few weeks, but I want to take that extra step to make a "good" looking website.

One site I would like to imitate is:

    http://www.malcolmturnbull.com.au/

Can I get some help on what I should learn to make a site like this?

    Thanks

rowen, if you know html prety well you can start with css
    here are some good tutorials:
    http://www.tizag.com/cssT/
    and
    http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_intro.asp
u can also learn Photoshop, and save a lot of time making the site look good.
the downside is that you will have to use a lot of images which will make the site load slower

    hope this helps
