All are recorded as free yes. This does not mean they are free today as many directory owners seem to want to get a free listing of their directory in many places and then place a fee within a few days. I delete these as I want this as my free list. Getting a good paid for list is every where but I would links to produce this as a 15,000 free directories which probably cover the vast majority of them. I have two people who add new directories from here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=65 and here http://info.vilesilencer.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2 etc Because it is a fee submission list and of these numbers it has quality listings down to shocking listings. But I am trying to get them all in one place because I will submit to them all. A directory not maintained today may become good tomorrow. But if it not functioning today or has a script error it is out of the list. The directories are across many different scripts but of course the main scripts cover the majority. 90% english.

Just search for directories related to the topic of your site.Relevant sites are sites that are relevant to yours! I don't know how else to express that. Whatever the topic of your site, look for other sites on the same or similar topics, and ask if they're willing to link to your site (you may have to link to theirs as well). I THINK FORUM.DIGITALPOINT.COM IS THE BEST TO PROMOTE YOUR BLOG/SITE.
