i want to no if im on the right track for bum marketing. i started off by making a landing page on blogger. http://building-muscle-review.blogspot.com/ yes im trying that niche out. after that i made blogs from about 10 other different sites back linking to my landing page. i digg'd my landing page also. i submitted my landing page to about 100 directories. i wrote a article with a link to my landing page also. and if it gets approved im going to submit it to about 10 more article sites. so am i on the right track? could some one spare some advice to maybe help me in the future? thanks!
In Affiliate marketing ,Submitting Articles to Article Directories is better than submitting to Directories. There are so many Article Directories Submit that same articles to Differnet Article Directories. You will get more Backlinks to your Blog.Almost You are in right track Increase your Articles Then Your Sales also Increases.
On mouse-over your aff links on your blogger page go white (disappear from sight). That might affect your click through rate to the offer. At a guess I would think that you haven't picked the easiest niche to start off with so more links (maybe more articles) would be good. Also, some social bookmarking might help. You will have to try different things to see what works but you certainly seem to have started in a diligent enough fashion so one of the main things now is to stick at it and don't get discouraged.
You put 5times to many links! It looks very bad. Take off most the links, people will think its pure advertisement.
muscle building is the first niche i started in. Not the most successful niche ever, but i did make some money and learned a lot. (Go pick another niche, I don't really want any more competition ). well your site looks pretty good. The links do look a bit spammy. What I found works really well is if you write your article, and in the first 2 paragraphs i will have like 1 link with the name (underlined but still the same size as everything else) during the paragraph, so it doesn't stick out too much. Then i have a big call to action, like in big, bold and underlined "Click here to find out more about product X" Then a couple more paragraphs with plain links in the text for the people who want to read more. Then another big call to action at the end, something like, "Visit www.websitex.com to get your free trial now" What struck me was when reading it, was the way you phrased all the sentences. To me they just didn't say anything about the product. For example you wrote, "And even though some solutions were ok. They were only temporary, and didn't sustain for a long period of time." To me it would strike a lot more if you wrote something along the lines of "Other solutions where only temporary, but productX is aimed at sustaining things for a long time, and really helped me do that". This way you are putting into their head how good the product is in comparison to others. Also just don't worry too much about your landing page. It's pretty good for a first try. Start getting traffic to your page, and see how it converts. You can tweak your landing pages as you get going to see what works better.
