Requesting some advice on ad frequency

Hello all. I'm very new to Google AdSense, and I want to make sure that my blog is displaying banner ads per their guidelines.

I'm currently running a banner at the end of my blog's homepage (there are no jumps, so all content displays on that page, currently, unless one clicks on each post's header).

I've just installed a widget that inserts a google adsense half banner at the end of a post, whenever I choose to display one. Will I be "violating" the placement guidelines by doing this, since the banners essentially show google's ads on one page (despite the fact that we are talking about individual blog posts, which can be loaded in a new browser window).

I appreciate any help on this, thanks!

By the way you described it I'd have to say your all good if each page has its own URL.
