Requesting Site Critique Please

Hello,

I've redone a layout for one of my sites without use of tables. (my first)

just the one page please.

Among general comments, i'd appreciate comments specifically on color scheme, layout of the various page elements, or any other layout/visual presentation ideas.

Also, i've added a test case, where URLs are underlined.

do you like it better WITH underlined hyperlinks:

The one with underlines looks more pleasing for me

 

Try to the following 3 sections: Billiard and Pool Tutorials, Billiard and Pool Videos, About Billiards Forum one under another leaving the space to the right. If you add pictures of the pull attributes into the header, it will improve the appearance of the site.

Can you clarify?

 

The one with underlines surely looks good.
I would recommend you to bold the white links in the top bar because they are a bit hard to see.
