Requesting section added to DP

    Well its become a huge thing lately. Wordpress and other major blogging tools. It a big market right now and is getting bigger each day. Yet I see no section devoted to this. I see random post all over in different sections of the forum but none just for blogs.
    Categories should be
    *Promotion of blogs
    *Blogging software and sites
    *Templates and scripts
    Maybe others I cant think of yet?
    Good idea? Bad Idea?

    Blogging forum.
    Promotion = potential spam = can be done discreetly in either the Reviews forum (e.g. "My blog looks crap. Please help me improve it") or General Chat forum (e.g. "Look at the marvellous photos on this blog that I've just found and have no relationship to whatsoever"). It depends how you word it.
    But nothing overtly spammy. Spam comes only second to scam here at DP.

    CountryBoy answered it well. Most blogging questions belong in the blogging forum. If you want to know how to promote / market it, there's the General Marketing forum.
