Hello, I worked a lot on SEO for my site the last couple weeks. Please give me a review about what I should improve for on-page/off page optimization. The site is host*alloy.com without the asterisk of course. I optimized the home page and the web hosting page. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
It all looks quite good. The next thing you need to do is build trust with your prospects. If you can put somewhere a list of endorsers, testimonials and professional bodies that will help. Focus on reducing your bounce rate within Analytics.
I like the theme a lot, really good graphics. Maybe you could style up the "Michigan Based Web Hosting," as it currently looks a little dull compared to the rest of the site. I agree that listing some testimonials or something would be good to build credibility.
I like the theme that you've used here although I'm not quite sure with how you used the yellow texts in the middle. It's kinda hard for me to read them. Optimisation - Page speed is low and thus your website loads slooow. 73/100 score in my browser. There are a lots of things you can do to lighten your website up and ultimately increasing page speed. Enable compression, minify HTML (clean up and remove unused codes), Specify image dimensions (so that images will load more quicker), minify and removed unused CSS, etc.. Remember, page speed is now a ranking factor - Description looks a bit generic with those keywords. I'm not saying you can't put keywords on your description but try to at least make it unique, brief and descriptive. Descriptions plays a big role in attracting googlers to visit your website. - Canonical URL problem - URLs such as these even though under secured version doesn't redirect to non www versions. www.hostalloy . com/client/domainchecker . php this may cause canonical URL problems with Google. Other than that, your website looks good!
Drop down menu is not looking fine in Google Chrome, Check your website design with your web designer.
From the SEO perspective, everything seems to be right from the on-page perspective. You may want to register your domain for 5-10 years - domains registered for a longish period into the future may get some benefits in search engine algos. Also - its probably time to start building some good inlinks - maybe starting with dofollow blogs. Check http://seobuddy.searchohana.com/Client/SEO.html#695l93125c624 for a more detailed review

Ok, good suggestion, I registered it for two years keeping this in mind, but possibly a longer term would be better.
