Requesting Paypal Check on Different Name ??

    I have PP account and i live in the country where the withdrawal is only possible by means of check.

    Is it possible to withdrawal paypal check on somebodys name. I mean on other family members name. I see the option of first name in text box where paypal allows to enter, but i havent tried so far.

    Will there be any problems?:rolleyes:

    I don't think so their should be a problem.

    Technically you can but I believe in principle you will need to withdraw to yourself. This is to ensure that the correct person receive the check.


    Why don't you ask Paypal about this.

    I feel that you can only draw a check in your name only.Please contact the paypal authorities so that they could guide you properly.

    You can do so unless his/her last name is same than on PayPal Account.

    Some accounts are like this: MB Lynch
    Max Lynch etc

    Therefore, it allows you to edit the first name.
