Feedback requesting feedbacks for area51 membership

    Hi everyone! :)

    I am new to this forum and I'd like to know if the membership for area51 is worth it... I am asking because I already subscribed to other VIP areas in other forums wich I have been disapointed with for the price. I'd like to know in fact if there is really a lot more to learn or better prices for members offers in this VIP section (significative added value)...:rolleyes:

    Personally I doubt the premium membership in DP is for learning, its more for hanging out with "cool and powerful people":)

    • Storage of up to 5,000 private messages (they also delete after 6 months instead of 3 months).
    • Ability to change user title (and it displays in bold as well as your username).
    • Up to 4 links in your signature.
    • Ability to customize colors/background of your user profile.
    • For sale threads started in Buy/Sell/Trade will stick at the top for 2 hours after created and 2 hours when sale is ending.

    • Keyword Tracker users get additional functionality (can search deeper as well as automatically check their data daily).
    • Any post made by premium members will have ads removed if it would have had one within the post.
    • Ability to make private bids on auctions.
    • Mediation of "deals gone bad" within Buy/Sell/Trade if both parties are premium members.
    • Access to private forum for premium users.

    All of these unique privileges are what make the premium membership well worth its value, there are more things listed than just the private forum. :)

    GrAveTzT is correct and Love* nailed it!

    $10 per month really isn't that much considering the value Premium Membership provides you. I would pay this amount (and actually more) for few of those privileges separately! (such as getting my sales threads colourized and bumped)
