What is the specific Marketing Technique mean? If you mean by getting more visitor/traffic, then you need to optimize it for search engine friendly and will get targeting traffic as well.

By establishing a relationship with these types of bloggers, not only is there a chance that they will join your site, but they may also provide additional exposure for your site by blogging about it.
There looks to be a lot of good content on the site. Are you planning a PR campaign to officially launch the new site? I would start with health editors/reporters that are local to your business. That way, you will have the "local business" angle as well as the news about your website. Send them a press release announcing the launch of your new website and tell them why it will be good news to report to their readers. Remember, the most important thing for a press release is that it should be "newsworthy". If you get good play locally, you will then be positioned to take a regional or national approach.
