Requesting a new password.

    Hey guys,

    I'll make this post short. This is a friends account that he no longer uses, that I am posting from since I have lost my password to my own account and I cannot retrieve it because I have been using an email that I no longer have access to.

    Mods, please let me know how I can retrieve a password to an account that I no longer have access to an email (I was using a domain email and that domain and email are no longer in my custody). Apologies for not posting this in the right section, I didn't exactly know where to post it. I really need to restore the password to my own account if possible.

    My regards to you and your team :)

    I am not sure what proof I can give right now, maybe a webcam validation or something, people know me well especially in the marketing section of the forum/clickbank. The username that I can no longer access is precious007.

    I can't think of any proof right now ... but maybe you can come up with something and I am open to provide ...

    there is one website in my signature, and it's still under my custody back at godaddy.... I can provide you the details to my godaddy account Shawn and login and see that I am the legit owner of that domain. (IF THAT WOULD BE ENOUGH OF A PROOF)

    Another proof would be, that I can log in into my Yahoo Messenger (that is listed on the profile) and chat to see that it's my Yahoo account. Or the gtalk id that is on my profile (both Yahoo and Gtalk would work)

    Please let me know, or if you thought of another proof.

    It shouldn't be terribly difficult to verify if you have access to your IM clients and so forth.

    But now I have a question... why does your "friend" share the same Yahoo account as you?

    Also... this is the page of your friend... http://broalexdotinfo.hubpages.com/ Why does your friend use the same picture as you use on your avatar on your account here?

    I'm also a trusted member on several other forums with the same user name.

    Warriors, V7N, Snuson.com ...

    It's not actually my friend, it's my brother that I have created this account for.

    Actually this account hasn't been used that much at all.

    This is my account http://broalexdotinfo.hubpages.com/, and my brother has also been posting into this account.

    But now I have a question... why does your "friend" share the same Yahoo account as you?

    This yahoo account was used by both of us in business purposes. (both the email and yahoo messenger account).

    I am the legitimate owner of the account, I can assure that I am not looking to steal the account, highjack it or anything.... the easiest way to prove that it's my account is to do a webcam validation and see that the picture on the profile of precious007 is me.

    I could very easily open a new account, but I just do not feel comfortable to leave in dust my old account that I haven't been using for a while since I haven't been that much active online for the past 3 months. It's a pity to leave that account dormant for good. :(

    I think this explains why we trusted each other to use the same accounts, emails and web 2.0 accounts together with my picture on it.

    I really really would love to get back my account.

    The only way to be able to retrieve the password would be to buy a package for one year with 1and1.com again and restore that particular email from my (precious007 account) but that won't happen because I cannot afford it right now.

    I have used his email to register my own account with hubpages.com.

    We shared the same email for many things, and my brother let me use his account to register an account on hubpages. The picture on the hubpage profile is me (not my brother) and also the name is mine, but I just used his email since we both used that account together at that time. (about 3 years ago).

    So both the picture and name are both mine not my brothers'.

    You never said why your parents named you both Alex... :)

    Wouldn't that be confusing to have two twin brothers and then also name them the same? lol

    The things is that we've been using same accounts together and that's why we came up using the same emails.

    So you are telling me your brother signed his name as "Alex" numerous times, and never once as Andrei, but his name is actually Andrei?

    Seems that I can't be trusted.

    We both signed into those accounts, but mainly I was the one using (particularly the hubpages account) if that is what you were asking Shawn.

    Again, I am not looking to highjack the precious007 account or anything I just want the password to use it, because it is mine and I am somehow upset if I wouldn't be able to retrieve the password.

    If it's not possible, then I believe the only way to resolve this is to pay the $90 fee to 1and1.com.

    Arghs !

    Hi Shawn and sorry for delaying my response.

    To answer your question, nope he didn't use my name in his "username" actually I did create that account and that is why Alex is contained in the username. And the email address from this Digital Point account is also mine but he used it back 3 years ago to create this account.

    Let me know if there is anything I can cooperate with to retrieve my password to my account "precious007".
