Hi Guys I need some input on this , Ok I just started a site with a small e-book , the book is about a black hat method, and its only $10 for the book , So I've got this guy who must have went to my site read the very small sales page then decided to buy the book but about after 1 hour put a claim in to paypal saying it was a unauthorised transaction , the book gets directly sent to his paypal address after payment has been completed through e-junkie then via paypal, so What I'm wondering is how in the hell can he say it's a unauthorised transaction when it gets sent directly to his paypal email address , As far as I can see is that its another one of these freebie scammers any clues ? cheers Lockie
thanks for the replyS so how would he get the e-book if its directed to the real owners account email address ? MMMMM lockie
Yep same thing with Credit cards .... You should get use it refunds...there are part of the business...
1 version: He is the real owner of PP acc , bought the book and decided to do a refund sayin' is unauth. trans. 2 Somebody hacked his email and his PP acc. As i said refunds are part of the business move on
Thanks MSMInvestments Yeah I will move on I was just trying to figure it out , I'm still learning this marketing stuff , I probably will never stop learning , Which can't be a bad thing. Cheers Lockie
