    Hi everyone,

I'm on the look out for request for work script, its for my 9-5 job, I've finally convinced my boss that it'll be much easier for work requests to come through the web rather than faxes.

Heres what i'm looking for: Would prefer a free script or one that pretty cheap.

The script would have multiple log-ins, external companies would have their own log-in and would use there to create a work request for us to complete.
The information that they would need to enter is Contact Name & number, Address and then the work that is needed.
It would need to have the ability to allow them to upload attachments to the work request also.
Each request would generate a unique number which would allow them to track it.

Then we would need to have multiple logins for us to use (one for each member of staff)
Each member of staff would then be assigned one or more of the external companies to look after.
The script would then allow each job to be acknowledged (ie confirm we have the job)
Then allow a planned date to be entered, and then of course a completed date.
Each job should be allowed to go on hold, and then have a text box for a reason its on hold.
Then a rejected list also, each job could be rejected back to the external company, again a text box for the reason.

The script would need to be able to generate excel dumps of the jobs and also create stats to show that SLA have been met (or not)

Does anyone of a script that could do that or one thats close to it and i could play around with?

    Thanks
