    Wow.. where to even begin? LOL!

    Ok.. firstly definitely a new header logo then fix the alignment on your sidebar. You should also change the title 'Features' to something more appropriate like 'Menu' or something. Then standardize your top navigation buttons paying attention to caps and lowercase letters used.

    Last but not least, you need to jazz the entire theme further cause you are supposed to be a WP expert. In your line of business, your site is your best testimonial.
