Read the google TOS mate you will find it. Or just search DP you will find something. Put adsense on your proxified pages and you will see :D.

Exactly. You are allowed to put adsense only on content that you own copyrights.

OK, well since my argument has nothing to do with "framing content" then I will just let this pass.

Really? I still can't get there but strangely I can't access the site through a proxy either. Do you know how I can get access to the site? I wonder why he would have blocked me. I emailed him about it and he seemed to want to help and figure out why I couldn't get there so it seems strange that it would be him that blocked me.

Well everyone thought you were crazy, but it seems you might have a point.

No point in suing baron though, hes not getting a bot to visit the proxies its someone else using his list to get to the proxies.

You could sue baron or the person that started the internet, but the thing is people ask to be put on the list not the other way around.

You are not allowed to put adsense on proxified pages because you dont own that content and it may result in adsense showing up on porn related or illegal pages.
thats been said many times by adsense. i personally had an email from them regarding that.

as for proxy org theres definately something going on becase i saw the same unnatural activity coming from there on my sites. so i blocked any traffic coming from there straight away. that was about 4-5 days ago. i cant say if its something to do with Baron though, apparently some botnet takes the list of sites to target from proxy org list.

Not sure how accurate that is...
I don't think Baron Munschen did anything though. Maybe bots are using his services, or other stuff.

Enter ? for additional hints on searching ARIN's WHOIS database

They're hosted by theplanet.com on a dedicated server, but if you do a whois on Domaintools.com, it's different.

I said IF YOU DID A WHOIS ON DOMAINTOOLS.COM, it's different.
I never did a whois on them using domain tools, it's different.
    whois.domaintools.com/proxy.org
The nameservers are different than the ones I found.
BTW You sound a lot different on proxy.org forum lol.
EDIT SINCE YOU PROBABLY DONT UNDERSTAND ME:
So what I'm saying is that I didn't use domaintools for the info.

Lol, what do I sound Like on proxy.org?

If your suggesting Im anti proxy.org here and pro there your wrong.

I am pro proxy.org, it is not the owners fault that someone is using his list to target proxy owners. We are all being affected by this.

Well you have bad spelling there, and maybe Baron is the one behind this, who knows, after all, he is just trying to make profit like all of us.

heh, I never really pay too much attention to spelling as it is.

I doubt Baron is behind this though. If you do the calculations he is making over 12k a month from sponsored listings. If people are afraid of opening and advertising proxy sites he is actually losing money.

Well, nobody knows if everybody pay full price for that listings. Most likely the income is way, way lower as people negotiate prices like we all do everywhere. Bulk prices and so on.

    I've tried to negotiate :)

The only discount is if you buy yearly.

the 12k was just a calculation from the listing sales, I have no idea how much he makes from ads.

He probably gets a lot of the ads too, since his site is so popular.
