Request: File Upload Script (

    Hi,

    I am looking for a file upload script that a user can upload a file, recieve the link to the file and a delete link, and then when they share the link and a user visits to the link they will need to wait 20 seconds or so before they are able to download the file.

    Please point me in the right direction, thanks

    you need some php and mysql knowledge
    simply store the random link creator into a mysql db
    then count with js or ajax the time when visitor arrived and generate the link

    i can do it if you have money
