Hi, Sabrina i m also from Pak and the same problem with me I have one my adsense account 2 years old and in my account there is 103$ and i requested the limited 3 times for PIN but unable to receive So, i send a request through mail and i got a reply email from adsense ... in this mail they said that you have 3 options if you can do any one thing of them ... then your PIN hold will be removed So today i will do one of those steps and will be waiting with hope that i will get success if I got it then i will be able to guide you too
I will say find some webmaster who has adsense account in your area , than apply address near to him if you have any relative in that area .
I think PIN number through phone is very difficult and it is not available in adsence. Only through mail you get your PIN.
The idea of pin verification itself is to verify your home address, not your google account, so they know that when google will be sending checks or correspondence to you there will be the correct person at the other end (your end in this case) to avoid OTHER trouble with the post or w/e might happen due to a faulty address or post service. So what's the point to try and verify your address by phone as long as they can't send/or you can't receive any checks, u'll be just doing voluntary work for google adsense by promoting their ads on your website for free ^_^.
