    However,you need to place more content in the middle of your homepage,too much blank there.

    Have to echo the the comment above me. The middle is lacking in content. Too much white space.

    I'd consider condensing things a bit, too. It feels too spread out...

    Frankly speaking, the design is uninteresting and boring. There is nothing that could attract your visitors. My suggestion - add some captivating and pleasant images/photos of smiling children, parents and other related clip art.

    But anyway, it's a good job!

    As same as above comment, you can add some 'sales letter' to content section in index page. Or, move your searching form to there.
