Are there excellent highly payable webmaster program ( publishers networks)
that allows everythings .. and have no problem with the contents of the page ...

Simple answer to this is no.

No company should accept any content. Content that is illegal, racist, etc. is not allowed in most, if not all networks. So I really can't see one network on the net accepting any content.

There are good networks out there though that pays well, but they have requirements.

 

Ok must be some that allows adult content too ...
