[REQ] Cheap and good dedicated hosting

    I am looking for a good reliable dedicated server.
    P4 or AMD athlon
    1GB RAM
    80GB space
    min 10Mbps connection(unmetered)
    Linux(php and MySQL and perl support with all modules)
    WHM with a panel(ability to host many domains < 30)
    i will pay a yearly price of $95(paid upfront for 6months) for this I got some offer in FWS but without the panel. anyone offering me this dedicated server.

    80gig harddrive
    100mbps (unmeaterd)
    CentOS4
    Direct Admin.
    i have received a quote for less than $100(yearly) in FWS

    you cant get a server with that sort of specs for less than $1000 a year. It's true.

    We allow proxy hosting only on our vps and dedicated server, shared/reseller hosting is not recommended for proxy hosting.
