    I've got no problem with that, but for new comers if they red repped some of the top dogs like HU, CR, etc even if they deserved it the top dog could easily turn around and burry them into the red with one shot. Not that either of those two fine examples for human beings would do that of course :)

    I don't particularly like the anonymous rep thing, this is what i got yesterday:

    Neg Rep message 1 - Boom
    Neg Rep message 2 - Boom again.
    Neg rep message 3 - Boom Boom and Boom. enjoy.
    Neg rep message 4 - Boom one last time. Meet you tommorow.

    This was for a totally normal post about the future of adsense - I dont care too much but it would be nice to know who it was so I could find out what I was actually doing wrong in that particular case.

    They were from the same user that had multiple accounts. The accounts were merged into one account and the remaining "good" account was banned for 6 months (even before you brought it up) for having duplicate accounts.

    Isn't there a way to prevent ppl from regging several IDs from the same IP? Seems like it would save you a ton of time. :)

    There are legit reasons users would have the same IP (like an office of employees behind a NAT). Or if they are going through a proxy (all AOL users have the same IP for example).

    Yeah same reason I don't choose that option on my forum - although multiple accounts is the least of my concerns at the mo lol.
