    I think Shawn should devalue reciprocals, give more value to authority reps from respectful members and implement penalties for overrepping. Also penalties for repping bad neighbours and rank better those providing unique and interesting content in their rep comments...

    Funny but IMO newbies would still be ignored, abused, cornered and forced to leave DP. :) I think there should be rule that we can report abuses with red reps because whatever you do or think, still you dont have the right to abuse someone just because you know that you won't be caught. :)
