    Then quit smoking. My oldest daughter died of lung cancer at age 45, so I speak from experience. Three packs a day and you won't see your children's weddings let alone your grandchildren.

    That evidence has been around for a long time. And I've dropped 50 pounds over the last year and a half, but what is never clear to me is what happens when you consistent ingest less calories that you need for your daily energy expenditure?
