    I know it seems cool and funny to talk about dying at 60 when you're young, but wait until your 60, it is not nearly as attractive then.

    Then quit smoking. My oldest daughter died of lung cancer at age 45, so I speak from experience. Three packs a day and you won't see your children's weddings let alone your grandchildren.

    That evidence has been around for a long time. And I've dropped 50 pounds over the last year and a half, but what is never clear to me is what happens when you consistent ingest less calories that you need for your daily energy expenditure?
