Reputation. It costs me to give!?!?!

    A proposal to directory... Mar 9th 2007 1:29 pm "Cost" of giving red reputation to someone is -1

    I gave a guy a - rep because there was a serious conversation matter and he had 10 posts and he posted "Here! Here!" totally out of context the most blatant stuff I've ever seen to increase your post count nd I get a - for it?

    I guess I will just ignore it from now on. I see the logic but the system is flawed either way I guess lol. If you didn't get a - everyone would destroy everyoens rep, but if you do get a - no one will bother pointing out abuse. :eek:

    Hi Dubz,
    Perhaps the best thing to do when you see something like this is to click on th elittle red triangle with the ! (next to the scales). This way you can report the posts to a mod as spam.

    yup let the mods do their work but sometimes its worth givin a red reputation if its really bad
