That's not suspicion and it's not new. The first time that happened to me, somebody red-repped me and signed "AnthonyCea", which was bogus. I've also had queries in the past asking why I red-repped someone when it hadn't happened.
Please note: There is no connection between my use of the word "queries" and HU's reference to "A straight guy's guide to Brokeback Mountain (You know the Gay Cowboy Movie)".
Ive only read the first page of this thread, but I wholeheartedly agree on this one. Most of my doings on this forum are in the Services forum so not alot of rep is thrown around there. Would be fantastic to see this sort of thing implemented.
I agree. And than you'd have DP gangs forming with red-rep wars. Then there would be drive-by-repping, oh the possibilities
I lost 2,000, but I like to say I gave them to charity or that I set them free. I also like to use the term meat whistle once a day. I'm silly that way.
The plus to this change is that you can be as much of a n00bie/wacko as you want down here on the Off Topic area and the red is harmless!!!! The downside is that it's harder to crash n00bies in to the red when they register and spam and stuff.
Yeah Mella would be hurting. Interesting idea though... and would probably help people to get a little more work done instead of getting sucked into GC conversations. Nice changes to the rep system though.
What's with all this rep thing here ? At the beggining i lost a lot of nerves on it. Now i'm cool It's not this important to me anymore. Hey .. i gave more than i received
One time I received a red rep with such mean things in the comment field it took me several hours of crying before I could finally cry myself to sleep. I call that day the day the clowns stopped making me smile.
