Feedback Reputation changes?

    Has the rep rules changed? It looks like I can only send 5 reps or so per day and I can't rep again people I've last repped weeks ago.

    Btw isn't that Ironic that the sticky reputation faq thread is started by a banned member? You might want to update it :D
