Selling Reputable Webmaster Community - 16.5K+ Posts, 178K Alexa, Decent Revenue,

I've been considering whether to sell my over 1 year old site, which I've spent a lot of time with.It has over 16,000 posts with a very famous reputation just within the MyBB community.To date, we are probably the most active MyBB webmaster community, but I could be wrong.

Our Alexa is around 178,000~ with very decent traffic flow, I can send snapshots of stats if needed.The site is basically self running now, with an occasional post from the admin needed here and there; basically no work for the owner.

We have a potential ad revenue of around $600 every month, and that's only around 1 year.We haven't added much ads anywhere, so it hasn't been optimized much.

Our actual revenue at the moment would be around $9.42 or so.We're running a highly customized version of MyBB, a forum software that doesn't require renewal.

We've recently (September 10th) added a few more ads, and our ad revenues have increased by over 1000%, with yesterday being $1.52 and today being $3.15.

Now, 4 days later, we've gotten $5.32 (for the last 4 days) in revenues.
