Was Bin Laden the president of Iraq?

I though he started working for CIA during republican presidents time. Aren't they family friends of Bush family?

Gtech, can you please explain what Bin Laden has anything to do with Iraq and the WMD that didn't exist after all?

The rebublican thought is: We didn't say is was your fault, we will just blame you. It doesnt' matter if we lied to you, you believed us, so it's now your fault!

This reminds my when I was little and my brother would hit me with my own fist and tell me to stop hitting myself.

Are you saying that letting a known enemy of the US go, who had attack us and our interests, because he wasn't the president of Iraq is acceptable? Never mind, I already know how you feel about the US. Rhetorical question.

You mean the WMD that did exist, the illegal programs that were found, but not everything in nice neat little stockpiles just waiting to be discovered? Or do you subscribe to the notion that saddam agreed to never move WMD around and he was a bad fella for not having them in nice neat stockpiles?

Bottom line is, dems had the same intelligence long before Bush was in office. Had the same intelligence in 2002/2003 and made the statements they made. And now are trying to rewrite history by saying otherwise.

And you are falling for it too :D

We were talking about Iraq and not terrorism and Bin laden.
We can discuss Bin Laden, his work for CIA and the ties between his family and money with Bush family but that will be another thread and not related to Iraq and WMD.

The difference is that Clinton did something intelligent with intelligence, pushed Saddam to corner and forced him to comply with UN resolutions and weapon inspections.

Bush got the intelligence, manipulated, cherry picked and lied about it, so he can push USA in a war that so far has wasted over $200,000,000,000 and more importantly resulted in over 2000 soldiers death and put the country in risk of future terrorism action by making Iraq a training ground for terrorists while in the same time pushing the oil price up which is beneficial for both his friends in USA (Oil companies) and outside of USA (Saudis).

"I like guys who've never been there that criticize us who've been there. I like that. I like guys who got five deferments and never been there and send people to war and then don't like to hear suggestions about what needs to be done."

Just keep reading CNN, Washington post, MS NBC, CBS and the congress reports. Everyday more and more truth is discovered about what really happened. ;)

Replacing the lies with truth, that's what Bush & Dick call rewrite history.
